Twitter stopped cropping pictures on the web

Twitter has stopped cropping images automatically on the web after mobile following complaints from users. As a result, when users post portrait pictures on the web, it is now showing in full size. However, Engadget's report says that if a picture 'embedded' on another website is tweeted, its shape changes. Twitter shows a preview of a link to another site in a ratio of 18: 9. This is why the media is often seen adding pictures to tweets separately. Complaints about Twitter's automatic cropping are not new. Last year, researchers also showed how Twitter's algorithm cuts off a black face while keeping a white face. However, the Twitter authorities have already fixed the problem of the algorithm by organizing a hacking competition.
